Kore University of Enna, officially known as Università degli Studi di Enna “Kore”, is a modern private university located in the historic city of Enna, Sicily, Italy. Founded in 2004 and legally recognised by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research, Kore is one of the youngest higher education institutions in Italy and has quickly grown into a dynamic centre for academic excellence, research and international collaboration.
The establishment of Kore University was the result of a strategic effort to expand higher education in central Sicily. As the fourth university in the region of Sicily — after Catania, Messina and Palermo — Kore was designed to offer modern academic structures and innovative learning environments.
